When Smriti Irani shouted at opposition over Manipur in Parliament

The opposition has been alleging that not just Prime Minister Narendra Modi but also women and child development minister Smriti Irani have not spoken on the ongoing ethnic violence in Manipur since May 3. Irani not just replied but she sought to put the opposition in the dock.
