Woman Dalit teacher killed in J&K, 7th targeted attack in May

A 36-year-old Dalit teacher from Jammu’s Samba district was shot dead outside her government school at Gopalpora in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Tuesday morning, triggering widespread condemnation and outrage. This was the second fatal terrorist attack on a woman and a Hindu government employee in the Valley this May.
