Cyclone Nivar: Flash flood alerts in coastal TN, Puducherry

In view of persisting high rainfall due to the influence of Cyclone ‘Nivar’, the Central Water Commission (CWC) on Wednesday issued flash flood alerts for several watershed areas of coastal districts in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry for the next 24 hours.
